“I am in awe! If I could give more stars, I would! I am new to waxing and had a traumatizing experience at a chain waxing place that I shall not name. (But, I'm sure you can guess ) Anyway...from the moment I messaged Shay on instagram, she was patient and kind. I went today to do underarms and legs. Her suite is beautiful and very clean! She made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all! She told me we would go at my pace, if I needed a break to let her know and if I wanted to stop that was perfectly ok too. This was so reassuring because at the other place, the waxer was very pushy and not gentle at all. Shay made the experience so pleasant. Which is hard to believe because you're literally getting the hair ripped off your body. Lol. Regardless, she showed me how to breathe through it and went at my pace.
