Rosa did all she could to accommodate me and managed to get everything that was needed done. The entire staff was also amazing, aiding in the services however they could. “Sadie was so kind and really helpful with my daughter (13). It was her first time getting her brows waxed and Sadie made her feel comfortable. She took the time and mapped out the shape and made sure my daughter was okay with it. She made conversation to break the ice and asked why she wanted to get her brows done. It was because she was being bullied in school. Sadie was so nice and gave her some advice and kind words. Another patron came in for service and also began complimenting my daughters eyebrows and saying some kind words about not listening to bullies.
