Along with having our home looked at by an adjuster sent by our homeowner’s insurance company, we decided to have a “verification report” performed by SWF Home Inspections after Hurricane Ian. So glad we did! The inspector, Nate, arrived on time and ready to work. He was extremely professional and had a great attention to detail. He was able to discover moisture and damage behind the walls where the insurance adjuster could not see and leaks in our roof and ceiling that were also overlooked. Whether this report and inspection will help us with our insurance claim remains to be seen but the piece of mind and knowledge we now have of the damage our home sustained was well worth the nominal fee we paid for this inspection.
