“This place absolutely CHANGED my life! Michelle at Iron Belle was the best coach and fitness mentor I've ever had and I wish I would have discovered this gem of a gym sooner. Michelle helped me completely change my diet and fitness routine in a way that made sense for me. She is very thoughtful, caring, and fun to work with as you learn the new workout techniques. I appreciated the nutrition help as well (this was a big area of focus for me). She's super knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition and helps you making a long-term lifestyle change. I didn't realize how important it was to focus on all the aspects of weight loss (BMI/body fat %/overall measurements) and focus more on gaining muscle! Also, the workouts are actually FUN and I looked forward to meeting her 3x a week for personal training. When I started at Iron Belle, I was definitely hoping for results but I was shocked when I lost just over 30 pounds in just a couple of months. “WOW! Ed is GREAT!I was in town for a work event (I'm from Texas) and I called about a drop in rate. Ed impressed me well before I walked in. He was thorough and HUMAN on the phone. He asked me personal questions to assess my fitness level and enthusiastically told me all about his gym. This man is PASSIONATE about his work.When I arrived, he was warm and welcoming. The studio is immaculate. He trains in small groups so I wasn't lost in a crowd of people. I received personalized instruction, guidance and feedback.Honestly it was one of the best classes I have ever been to. He helped me reach a new level in my Pilates journey that I gratefully brought back home with me.I think we need to plan another trip to this area just so I can come take another class! 5 stars all around! “Clean, friendly, never busy. The perfect gym, in my opinion. Just started going this year, and I love it there! It's worth it to get the blackcard upgrade for the tanning beds and massage chairs/beds. There are plenty of machines to work out on, I never have to wait for a machine. The staff is super nice and will answer literally any questions you have for them. When you sign up, the app is helpful with keeping track of your fitness journey. Would highly recommend this gym for beginners looking to get started into their fitness program.“
“I have never been a gym person, or a workout person. However, in 2021, I received a medical diagnosis that required an extensive surgery. A friend of mine recommended that I hire a personal trainer to work on my core strength to help with my recovery from surgery. I did some research and selected Jessica Smith, with SmithBuilt Fitness. She customized my workouts for me. She made them challenging, but not so challenging that I wanted to quit. She tolerated my snarky sense of humor and gives it right back to me. My surgery had an average recovery time of 6 weeks. I was out and about after one week and returned to work 3 weeks after surgery. 3 years later, I still see her 3 times a week. She has helped me make working out a regular part of my life and I'm much healthier because of that.“
