Gotta love a good Groupon deal! I probably wouldn't have known about this place without but it's so close to my house so i was splendidly surprised. The owner of the studio helped me locate the studio when I was looking for it. I enjoyed the intimacy of the class as we were less than 10. I really thought my first hot yoga experience was going to be deadly but it was the total opposite. I loved the thorough guidance of poses and words of affirmation. The cool down was my favorite part because you really feel the difference in your body versus when you first walk in. Great yoga space!! Instructors are all very knowledgeable and kind. I was saddened to have just read a 1 star review from someone who came to class late on the morning of Dec 31. Ironically, I was there when she showed up not 5 minutes late, but almost 15 minutes late and started banging on the window to be let in. This was a complete disruption to all the students who showed up on time for their moving meditation.Yes, I understand that finding the place can be a little tricky because there are no signs, but if one follows GPS to the location, it takes you to the main parking lot and right to where the gated entrance of the private school is. Been practicing hot yoga for over 15 years and this place is the best. Allen has created a beautiful space and "thriving" community. It's not just about the physical challenge but connecting to something deeper and far more profound.
