I called I was so polite and the woman on the phone was so rude to me I just asked a question and she said "yes" in an angry tone and hung up without even saying anything. I get life is rough on all of us but I'm going through a pregnancy scare and to have the new office I'm thinking of trying be rude to me on the first call is a little disappointing but whatever“
