“it was my first time visiting ED @Sunset, and my eyebrow technician made the experience a great one. The only part that caught me bu surprise was when I went to pay, because the fees were never explained when I checked in, or during the process, certain services were not included in the main fee. That's really the only feedback really, communicate or explain the fees to first time customers, as I personally didn't think the booster was "an option" to add i if I wanted it or not, but I wasn't made aware.“
