New to town, had a pretty unreasonable timeframe for a carpet install in 2 bedrooms and 2 walk in closets before moving truck arrived. From Patti taking the call, to Phil showing us options, coming same day to measure and getting pricing together to Greg doing the install. All great experiences. We had all of our bedrooms and closets with 10 yr. old carpet replaced with tile planks. Trott helped us pick out the correct color, size and grout. Price was comparable to most other flooring stores in the area. Installer was here on time and did excellent work. He explained everything he was doing and why. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Trotts!
