Eric Turner arrived for our estimate appointment at the scheduled time on Saturday morning. After reviewing my various projects he advised he would have estimates to me by Monday evening and confirmed my email address. By Tuesday afternoon, when I hadn't received the estimates, I called. My call went to voicemail and I left a detailed message. Same on both Wednesday and Thursday, with all three calls being during their normal business hours. If he didn't want to take the job he should have just said so. I would not have been offended. But instead he acted highly unprofessionally and without any manor of proper customer service. His wife handles the office and calls during the day, and since she did not answer or return my calls, she is equally unreliable. That's a wasted week in the project timeline I'll never get back. Look elsewhere for your contractor.
