By process of elimination, Jim was finally able to locate the leak and fix it once and for all. Much to my chagrin, he never accepted payment for the service calls or the labor to fix it. He also talks bad about his customers because they pay for a job and he doesn't show up on the day he is supposed to and when they call to see where he is he gets lippy with him and then talks about them when they hang up.“
