He took his time to listen to me and carefully tailored my treatments accordingly. He explained me very well about the different muscle groups responsible and told me how he will work with each muscle to bring fast relief to my neck and upper back. He explained everything he’s going to do before he did it; he even told me what to expect each time. He is very gentle and carefully worked around the pain to avoid making it more painful.
