We’ve used “A Handy Service” on a number of occasions and are extremely pleased with the final product. Recently we updated and remodeled our main bathroom. I believe the bathroom waslast update in the 90s so it was due. Brian’s bid came in at a reasonable cost, so once again we went with him.This was a project that took the bathroom down to the studs and included removing the tile flooring.Once the demo was complete, he began to install our desires, which included; floor tile, whirlpool tub with new tile work, modern vanity, smart toilet, painting and additional outlets for lighted mirror, smart toilet and new lighting. In the process of my wife and I needing to remodel our home which involved new flooring, two bathrooms remolded and plumbing , painting the interior of the home. We had friend suggestion: Brian Nichols. Called him up, came over and gave very reasonable estimates. He is very punctual, cleans up after himself.
