If you have anxiety about the home buying and VA process, seek Tim's help! He was very informative in the VA process from the paperwork to the inspection requirements. Tim was able to help me purchase a home within 35 days during the pandemic with inspection issues. I had no doubts about his work ethic. He was always available, and as someone else stated, he made me feel like I was his only client. I purchased in Tampa, but he informed me he had clients in Pinellas County and in areas outside of the Tampa Bay area. His hustle and attentiveness helped me be in the home I have now.
