Fun to chit chat with and super clean shop! Will be back for a few more touch ups on previous tattoos and starting a killer leg tattoo

Been wanting a tattoo for 50 years and I finally did it in retirement! Gotta visit State of Mind Tattoo in Seminole FL. Outstanding aseptic technique which has always been my big concern. Josh is such a nice guy, talented, patient and a true artist. I was amazed it didn’t hurt either! Great pricing too! As a first timer I will definitely be back for another! I’m so happy!
