This is my second rating of serve pro. As I mentioned before I was well pleased with their dry out process but gave a not so good rating on their follow up service for a demo and restoration estimate. Come to find out they had my wrong email address and telephone number. I guess from old or incomplete records. Stephanie followed up today with me and apologized. I upgraded my rating to a 4 star waiting to see how they do on demo and cleanup and determine if a supplemental may be required from insurance company if hidden damages are found. I recently had a slow leak behind a wall in my house and basically lost the entire downstairs of my home. My HOA called serve pro and they were there within hours. They were absolute life savers!! Mike, Jason and their team took care of everything from start to finish including documenting everything, contacting and dealing with my insurance company and HOA, water remediation, mold removal, and all the repairs. It was a long process but they supported, calmed, reassured, and communicated with me throughout. Every single person I encountered from this company was respectful and professional. I wanted to ensure I post a review for Servpro of Largo. Dan, Tom, and Stephanie were exceptional. The cleaning was of the highest quality. It was a sensitive situation and they handled with a delicate touch. Stephanie was alway responsive and honest. She gave me peace of mind as well. Thank you!
