“I set out to find someone to do my taxes because I was not satisfied with the business that had done them in the previous years (too busy, too big). I wanted more of a personal touch so do speak. I gave Deena a go, she was very nice on the phone and we made an appointment to go over my taxes. She lives close to me so that worked out well. She works on her own and out of her house, don't let that discourage you, it's just what I was looking for, just dealing directly with 1 person. She did our taxes, great communication along the way, and she is very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things no one else had and took the time to do both itemized and standard so we could pick what was better for us. We truly appreciated that she took the time to do it.
