They are absolutely awesome! My mom took a device in here for a repair and the owner was super helpful and beyond honest and let her know what it would cost to repair vs getting a new one at the Apple Store and he was really helpful. Jesse was a life saver! I am from out of country and dropped my phone on concrete, rendering the touch on the one side of screen useable.
