Wow! Very quick response and was able to be scheduled the same day for an issue with our refrigerator! Not everyone services Samsung products, but Capital Appliance does! Technician was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you!
This was my first interaction with Cory from Capital Appliance & A/C for service of my HVAC unit. Cory was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them). No up-sells ...just a straight, honest assessment. Very reasonably priced. Cory was just such friendly person in all respects will definitely use in the future.
My neighbor downstairs asked me to add this to my review as she doesn't have access through Google, she too had Cory service her AC unit and had the same great 5 star experience.
Cory and his wife Jeanne are the best. He has worked on our a/c, refrigerators, and washing machine, and they are working good as new! He is courteous, knowledgeable and very dependable. Will continue to call Capital Appliance until they quit working in its entirety or Cory retires! Recommend them!
