“I had an appointment with Christian W. a little more than a month ago for a color retouch as my normal stylist was out on leave. The time and diligence he took was amazing! Fast forward to last week and I had scheduled another retouch with him as well. When I arrived, I asked if he had time for a cut as well. If not, I fully understood as that's not how I booked the appointment. well he happily agreed and I might add this was not just a trim.
