Roofing Solutions replaced a roof on a rental property 7 years ago. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Now the soffit and facia need to be replaced. Doug went out of his way to find a solution with out having to tear off the roof in order to replace the soffit and facia and do it in a way that does not compromise the existing roof which is in incredibly good shape and provides an extended life on the new final and aluminum clad facia and soffit. He saved me multiple thousands in costs. I can recommend Roofing Solutions of Tampa without reservation. Give them a try. You will be glad you did. I am over the top satisfied with Doug and his company.

After 3 estimates I chose to go with this company for my roof replacement. Not only was the estimate the lowest but communication was on point. They had my whole rood replace in one day and a morning. Not 3-4 days like most companies I see replacing roofs down the street. They were clean and did an awesome job. My wife's profession has her work with various home repair vendors, and when it comes to roof repairs and replacements, Roofing Solution of Tampa is one of the very few who do a quality job at a fair price. Call backs for issues or problems after the completion of a project is extremely rare.Ended up using Roofing Solutions for our own home and the owner, Paul, addressed all our questions up front and provided excellent communication on timelines and expectations. We were informed to mow our grass a few days prior to roof installation so it would be more effective for the magnets to catch any nails during the clean up and had no issues there.The price was exactly as quoted....read full review
