Lance was very kind and professional. He took care of all that needed to be done. Very respectful. Removed all plumbing to ready for cabinet installation.Lance was here to repair drain pipe under new cabinet installation that was damaged during demo. I appreciated that Johnny Doan Plumbing was very cooperative in arranging the plumber’s arrival time around an appointment time that I would have had difficulty rescheduling. Lance was on time, very pleasant, and easy to communicate with. He examined the job and was able to finish quickly. My renovation project is rather sizable and lengthy and Lance’s contribution has been excellent. He works well with other renovation team members or independently, depending on what’s required of him. Came out after hours to install toilets that had been left removed by floor installers. Nobody else would come out. His work was good and also quick. I deeply appreciate his saving the evening for my family.Service: Toilet installation
