We take a hands-on approach to each home, which are custom built on-site—no factory track built homes here! Some customers come to us with house plans already drawn up by an architect, and some pick from the many plans we have on file. There are many decisions to be made during the building process and we strive to make your endeavor pleasant, exciting and fun.

Our home was built with so much attention to detail, and exactly how we wanted it to meet the needs of our family. My husband and I designed our floor plan ourselves and had it drew up before contacting builders. I actually reached out to about 8 other builders in the area and nearly all of them told me they could not build exactly what I wanted and that there would be limitations. Brian at Connell Homes was very patient, professional and insightful throughout the whole process .Very down to earth, no annoying sales tactics, just an easy to get along with, good person.
