I lucked out by picking Ken's Superior Metal Buildings to construct our metal garage for our retirement home. I picked Ken based on some limited online information and a "feel-good" sense I got with his online business page. Some of the things great about Ken's work are (1) he gives you an itemized estimate, (2) he provides various options based on your available budget, (3) up front he tells you what he can and what he cannot provide so I was never under any false illusions, (4) he was great at connecting me with other reputable contractors such as electricians which I separately contracted with for power for the water treatment system in the garage's attachment and power for a separate irrigation system and well, (5) he gave me a time-to-complete estimate which he beat by about a month, and (6) Ken is easy to speak with; if you have an additional need after the work starts then tell him, and he'll either update your estimate with the needed work or he'll connect you with a professional who can get the work done. ☆☆☆☆☆ I highly recommend Ken's work!
