People are known to complain about VA facilities no matter where they go. I can honestly say that I’m pleased with my local facility. Not only have they gotten me an appointment promptly after a phone call but, the staff is always helpful with any questions that I have. I’m looking forward to seeing the new facility when it opens in the near future! Keep up the good work for our veterans!
5 stars for this clinic's location. The nurses are kind and their patience is noticeable. I appreciate the teledocs. A gentleman working the front desk on 1july2019...helped a spouse of a retired AF veteran transfer his VA from Reno NV to hereIn Sebring. ...and my husband is being transferred from Orlando to here in Sebring. As I am typing this praise of help...I do not know his name. ...but he did promise me he would input all the info.I hope he will see this post / or maybe one of his supervisors. .and give this man a promotion !!!Thank you to the gentleman working the on 1 July 2019.Sincerely,Jennifer Stevenson
