I live in Minnesota, my daughter-in-law in Florida. Going by the pics posted on Ridge Florist website, I ordered a bouquet, plus a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day just the day before & they were delivered on time, a beautiful bouquet, & her favorite Russell Stovers chocolates!!! I am very pleased & will be placing more orders. Thank you so much Ridge Florist!!!!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers online for delivery. The good - delivered in one day, fair price (not cheap but not too expensive). The bad - flowers are subject to be changed based on availability. The problem is they do not call or explain what substitutions are being made. The arrangement I ordered looked very different than what I saw online. When inquiring about it, the florist reexplained the availability policy, but basically said "yeah they didn't have many flowers from the bouquet i ordered but the substitutions provided ensures I got my money's worth". Thank you Barbara (Bobbie) for helping me with the flowers for my mom! They came out so beautiful and she loved them! They were delivered early in the day also and I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my experience with this business has been awesome.
