I am amazed at the knowledge Deidre has on all of the muscles and the way they operate. She knows which places to massage to help in different circumstances. I have a very bad hip and because of the way I walk(limp) it affects lots of different areas up and down my legs and back. She knows how to get me mobile again. I also have had a boxers break in 2 fingers and have plates on there to let them heal straight. She can fix it when it gets stiff. She brought back range of motion I didn’t think would ever come back. I highly recommend her for all of tour sore muscles or just for relaxation. You won’t be disappointed!
She is a real professional and really listens to what you need. She will talk to you and listen and ask questions to make sure you get what you need. She has great hands and works really hard to take care of you!! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing!!
