Mid week before Thanksgiving this year we decided we wanted our water tested and an estimate for whatever system they would suggest for us. This was Friday before Thanksgiving. My husband set up an appt on line for following Monday, he got a text and email confirming the appt and Toby the salesperson/ estimator/ and guy that answered all of our questions and concerns came out right on time. After prob an hour of us questioning him and him explaining everything we agreed to a water softener system. He set up an install for Tues,next day, for the install. I've been a customer here for over 3 years. I have well water and rent their equipment. I only use the filter to get rid of the sulfur smell. The filter lasts for about 3 months. Every 3 months they come out to replace with a new one. The company says that they call before they show up but I haven't received one of those calls in over a year. When i talked to Laura about this she insisted that they have called and left messages to my phone. I can assure you that I have stopped receiving those calls long ago.
