We were traveling in our 2021 36’ motorhome and experienced an issue with the steering. Specifically, the steering wheel was not tracking with the wheels and the Ford logo was north/south and continuing to move. The guys at CTTR drove to where we made an emergency stop and fixed our issue. The shop manager and one other guy (I apologize for not getting their names) dropped what they were doing and followed me back to the Advent Health parking lot in Lake Placid. I just purchased my first horse trailer! The fun stops there as it needed all new wiring,lights, breaks, main plug, and more replaced!I had such a hard time hauling it I feared that maybe the horse trailer was too much for my truck.Keep me updated throughout the process!2 weeks later I go to pick up the horse trailer. Not only do they fix all of my concerns but even got new safety chain latches, fixed a loose door latch etc (things I asked to fix if they had time too) they did!Their work is very professional!! Absolutely the place to go for commercial truck and RV chassis maintenance and repair. Honest, experienced, reliable and through. They have helped me out twice now and have gone above and beyond in both cases. It's really great to have a shop like this in our locale. Thanks guys!
