Our tank was topped off. We gave the technician a check after he topped off the tank. A few days later we receive a bill for what we already paid them. It appears to us that this company is very dishonest or they do not know what they are doing.

Left messages Dec 27, Jan 23, and May 19. Still no call back in mid June. Nada. If this is how they treat prospective bulk propane customers, then I'm sure Coker is not the provider for us! Called their competitor, and glad I did.

Proceed with caution. I moved out of my place that was serviced by Coker June 2022. I called to advise not to service tank anymore. January I received a bill for $35. I called to find out why it was serviced only to find out it was the yearly rental fee. I told them I was going to sell the place and was advised by that girl that answered that I didn't have to worry about it. It would be charged to whoever bought my place. 3 or 4 weeks later, another bill, I call again. A different girl answered, and I informed her of my previous conversation with them.
