Such a beautiful space to practice all avenues of flow in. Sophlow is a gem by the river. Come as you are! I have had the pleasure of enjoying the yoga flows, meditation classes, art endeavors and massage therapy! There is always a fun event happening that embodies joy & community. Sophia is an amazing soul who loves what she does and it truly shines through!

I had an incredible time at the "New Year Reset" led by Agathe Bliss. It was a really great introduction to Buddhist/Chinese philosophy and practices and her sound therapy at the end of the practice was so healing. Extremely excited to return
