I visited 4 flooring places in Sebastian. In one place the owners were out and the kid on the floor had no clue. In the next place, despite sending the floor plan email as requested, the guy never responded. In the 3rd place, after sending the requested email & the estimate provided by JSF, the fellow said we should go with JSF for our new carpet. JSF actually charged us a final price UNDER the initial estimate. It was 50% down, 50% after install. We had emptied the room. This is to commend Jimmy Smith Flooring for standing behind a previous installation that developed some small issues after 4 years. Even though the installation warrantee had expired, the flooring was replaced without cost to this homeowner. The office staff and owner were focused on making it right and the replacement flooring was installed promptly.
