Highlands Animal Hospital is wonderful! The staff is always, pleasant, helpful and professional.
Dr Alison Frankenberger is an excellent doctor. She has empathy & compassion. She explains things very well so that pet owners understand everything. She always returns phone calls. I highly recommend her.

My baby is back home for recovery. Surgery went well. He will be in pain for a couple of days and discharging blood. But he is doing well. I would like to give a very special thank you to Dr. George and Dr. Daniel at Highlands Animal Hospital in Sebastian for making it happen. They took care of my baby like one of their own. These guys care about your fur baby, not your wallet. They gained a friend/helper/associate, whatever they need, if I could help them I will. Without hesitation. This place is absolutely amazing. ? THEY SAVED MY FUR BABY.

Update: My boy is back to normal. Looking good.

Last night we urgently took our 13 year old Chihuahua Lola to see Dr. Wasserman at Highlands Animal Hospital in Sebastian as she was not well and started screeching in pain upon touch to her mid section. After some testing it was confirmed that she had a very painful condition called closed pyometra. Her uterus was infected and full of pus with no point of drainage. She would need emergency surgery ASAP to remove the uterus before it burst and became fatal. Dr. Wasserman called around to a few 24 hour animal hospitals in Brevard where we resided seeking a surgeon available with no luck.
