This place tries to charge you for cleanings you do not need, I have taken care of my teeth all 26 years of my life. The dental hygienist even said "Oh you have taken good care of your teeth, you have never had a filling, all you need is a cleaning" Then proceeds to tell me my cleaning will be $53 dollars, I asked why the charge as my insurance covers 2 cleanings a year she said based on my code it will be $53. I then proceeded to call the insurance company who called the office come to find out they were trying to charge me for periodontal cleaning which is $53 instead of a normal cleaning. I had a new patient appointment and gave them my dental insurance info in advance. Apparently they don’t do fillings here. I sat in the dentist chair for OVER AN HOUR without being seen by the doctor to be told they don’t do fillings, root canals, and extractions and to find another dentist.
