I had an appointment at 8:10 at the Beaver, PA location and the person I was seeing (Michelle) didn't even arrive until 8:20. They called me back to the exam room and waited 20+ minutes for her to come in. Barely looked at my face and prescribed a medication. Then I go to checkout and she comes out and she is having a fit because the staff hadn't filled up the exam rooms with other patients. So, disrespectful to the front office staff to act like that in front of other patients. I won't be back...my time is more valuable but, obviously it's not to her. Seriously, don't schedule appointments if you can't even arrive on time. Seems like they just want your money.
I absolutely love all of the staff at the Lehigh location and Ed Barreto ARNP. Everyone from the front desk to the clinical staff were friendly and welcoming. They work together smoothly and make the environment calm which is extremely helpful when you're feeling anxious. I highly recommend.
