Dan, from Teepee home inspections saved me from making a terrible mistake buying a total lemon of a house. His inspection was thorough and he discovered several issues an unscrupulous seller tried to hide that would have cost me a fortune to fix. Coincidentally, he inspected the same house in 2019 and saved the prospective buyer then as well. Sadly, a flip company bought the house and then spent considerable money on shoddy repair work that looked good on Zillow but would definitely cause whoever bought the house serious problems. I can’t thank or recommend Teepee home inspections enough!

Dan at Teepee was super professional and a funny guy! So great to work with and awesome rates. His turn around was within 24-48 hours of both inspections and even gave us great direction in the home buying process. I recommend them to everyone.

Between my girlfriend and I we have used Tepee Inspections on 3 full house inspections and once for a Four Point inspection. Dan is very knowledgeable in his field but is able to present his reports in an informative manner to the Average Joe. Our experience has been very positive as he is fairly priced and provides his product in a timely manner. I would recommend Tepee Inspections and will continue to use them if I need a home inspection.
