I would recommend The local Price Pest Control as they are very reasonably priced & easy to do business with. My salesman Javier was a pro & easy going, no hard sale & a nice guy to do business with. They offer an array of services & you do not have to go with one of these National Names that’s going to cost you much more & you also help the small business. Had my home in Grant Valkaria just ✅ done, will check later to see how the service goes. Update: the service has not been up to par as I expected, they do not treat the inside of the home, I still have problems w ants & spiders & all they do is “sweep inside” corners, not what I expected!** after this Entry the Manager contacted me & personally came out with the tech & did an entire walk through & treatment of the home w recommendations, very surprised & kudos to Price! Faith restored !“

“Integrity is the hallmark of the best companies. I was out of town, my regular landscapers quit on me. I called dozens of potential replacements which never bothered calling me back. My HOA was getting ready to fine me for an unkept yard. Someone at the HOA recommended calling Tropic Greenery. I wish it had been my first call, but it was my last. I was in a bind but they still gave me a very reasonable quote. When I asked about when they could start and told them about potential HOA fines. He said “I got you” and fixed it so I would pass HOA inspection and set me up with a date where they could come back and finish the job. They also recommended some economic enhancements to replace some dead and overgrown bushes. I went from stressed to bragging about my yard with that one call. I recommend you make that call to Tropic Greenery your first call.“

They've damaged nearly every downspout on my home. Finally, they slammed into one with a mower and completely mangled it. I have spent 2 months attempting to have them repair the damage they caused. Ultimately, I had to fix it myself -- and am still attempting to reach them about compensation. I would not recommend this lawn service to anyone.“
