Update: I'm adding a star back since this review got things moving and they came out and fixed the issues we had. I wish it had been A+ from the start but sometimes you have to work through the issues.
I have a similar review as to what others have experienced. The initial process started well but 2 windows were delivered with damage. They said they'd order replacements and after a long wait they showed up with just 1. They said, oops, we'll order another one. I'm still waiting months and months later, still not fixed.
There were also so problems with the trim installation that they still haven't corrected.

Everything went smoothly. From beginning to end, IKON communicated well, and made themselves available. The project was completed in the timeframe they told me it would be. The people I dealt with were professional and courteous. I would recommend them.
We have been working with Ikon for over a year. They run a tight ship. They do what they promise and take care of any problems promptly. Another great aspect is their management structure for different leveled questions and assistance. It really helps having a more robust company that has all the right people in the right places.
