I recently had the opportunity to use BriteMagic for the second time in five years, and I must say, my experience with them was just okay. While their workers were courteous and the job they did was satisfactory, I found their customer service to be quite terrible.The first time I hired them directly to seal my tiles and pavers, I was disappointed to find weeds growing through just a couple of months later. I recently had the opportunity to use BriteMagic for the second time in five years, and I must say, my experience with them was just okay. While their workers were courteous and the job they did was satisfactory, I found their customer service to be quite terrible.The first time I hired them directly to seal my tiles and pavers, I was disappointed to find weeds growing through just a few months later. I understand that paver sealing does not guarantee weed prevention, but I expected a longer-lasting result in weed control. Especially for what they charge. When I contacted BriteMagic to inform them of the issue, their response was simply to spray weedkiller and be done with it. It would have been nice to receive a more empathetic response and some sort of guarantee on their work.The second time I used their services, it was through Viera Builders as a trade. They clear sealed our kitchen backsplash, but within a month, the grout was stained. When I reached out to them about this, they again failed to empathize with the situation and instead mentioned that their clear seal only guarantees 80% protection, and substances like coke and oil shouldn't stain the grout. This lack of accountability was disappointing.I've worked with several trades hired by Viera Builders, and out of all of them, BriteMagic is the only company that seems quick to remove themselves from any liability when issues arise. If all you want is to get the work done with no guarantee, then they might be the right choice for you. However, I decided not to employ them for our pavers the second time around. The company I chose instead did an excellent job and made it clear upfront how they guarantee their work. They even came back to resolve issues that were not caused by them. BriteMagic's approach of removing themselves from liability may be smart for their business in the short term, but in the long run, relationships and accountability truly matter.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Brite Magic. First off, they are fantastic communicators. They quickly got back to me with an estimate and remained in contact with us the day of our service. We had our sectional couch cleaned and our grout cleaned/sealed. The technicians that came spent HOURS on our couch (yes-we have gross kids!) and we were thrilled with how it looked after they were finished-it looks BRAND NEW! Our tile's grout had become very dark after 7 years of five people and two dogs living in our home. While we were initially told they couldn't guarantee it would go back to the original color, they were able to successfully do so....read full review
