This review (long overdue. Sorry David) is for David Marsh and Alliance Properties. David and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with both as my property manager and my real estate agent when I made the decision to sell it. David took over as my property manager when I had to fire the previous company due to mis-management. I live in California so it was unreasonable to fly back there once a month to check on it, especially during the pandemic. Afterall, isn’t that what I am paying the property manager to do? We enjoyed working with David Marsh of Alliance Properties of Brevard. He managed our two rental properties for 5+ years, and was our realtor when we chose to sell. He managed our properties well, even remotely as we no longer live in Florida. David was responsive and helpful when the occasional challenge arose. He suggested solutions, then he and his team managed them to successful completion each time. David is knowledgeable and provided great advice about the local rental market; therefore, under his management our homes never stood empty and we always had good tenants.
