I had 2 sessions of Hydrotherapy with Rhiannon. I felt comfortable, lighter and inspired to continue with this wellness journey. I suggest doing this Hydrotherapy to kick start your fitness journey, and to detox, and to feel lighter more energy. Rhiannon takes any embarrassing feeling you may away, we talk health and wellness and it's an interesting experience. I look forward to my 3 session next week!
Rhiannon is incredible! So knowledgeable with so much experience, you can tell she cares about all of her clients. The spa is beautiful. Absolutely loved the cold plunge and currently doing a series of lift and sculpt facial.
My first colic session ever with Rhiannon was excellent.
To start off, her facility is very clean, inviting, and serene. The ambiance immediately put me at ease.
Rhiannon herself is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had.
During the session, she was attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
