“Four days after Hurricane Milton I looked for glass replacement companies on Yelp...The Glass Guru had great reviews so I called them thinking I would leave a message and just hope for a return call within the coming days. To my surprise Martin the owner answered immediately...he was so reassuring that he could get me on the schedule despite an already full schedule and a backlog of 80+ voicemails from others also impacted by the hurricane. It was 8:30 am and he assured me he would call me back by 10 with an update...by 9:30 I received a call back...by 10:30 a service techician was at my home...by 11:30 my window was repaired!!! Such AMAZING service, communication and follow through! And very fair and straightforward pricing! I cannot heap enough praise upon this company! VERY highly recommend to others in need of an honest, reliable and skilled glass company!“

“The Handyman Team/Sarasota was exceptional installing my new modern wall mount range hood. The project was a bit challenging with removing the old hood and adjusting the cabniet opening to accommodate the new hood. Zach, my tech, was a true professional taking time to drill thru the ceramic backsplash tiles without any breakage for the mounting plates, centered and adjusted the height to ensure the decorative unit had maximum exposure, and installed a separate electrical box to accommodate the short cable. Very neat and clean. The price for my project was very competitive and fair and I will soon have them back for another remodeling project. Great job!!!“

They recommended the Electric Roll downs & Accordions where the other companies had no knowledge or awareness of. We also installed an 18 Foot Hurricane Garage Door where the other companies told us to install hurricane bars instead. “When we were having trouble getting another roofer out to stand by their warranty on a repair Gary's offered to come out and help us get the patch on the roof before we were leaving town during rainy season and they saved us from additional damage. There was no charge. They had been out for a bid several months previous and were trying to earn out business...Enter EAN.. we had significant damage to our roof September 28th and went under contract with Gary's in Jan. We were told work would be 4-6 months out due to demand. They agreed to keep us dry with any repairs till we could get the new roof. I am happy to say we have our new tile roof and they completed (April 3rd only a three month wait) the work professionally and we are very pleased. They have done over 80 roofs in our community and have an outstanding reputation. The roofers are employees not contractors and they were all great workers. Three of the days we had 15 workers on our property. We are delighted that the job was completed in less than 2 weeks and each day they left the property clean and tidy. They are a little more expensive than the other bids we received but they are worth every penny. They also only required $1000 down till the work began and did not tie up significant money in the waiting period.“
