Both staff members were extremely helpful in helping pick out my sunglasses and explaining the benefits/cost breakdown of the glasses. I was not wanting to add prism to the sunglasses as I only need them really for my glasses and I didn't want to pay the extra cost. Turns out Warby Parker does not nickel and dime you for your lens. It is all I included in the flat rate. I will definitely be coming here in the future for all my glasses needs in the future.
I had a very nice salesperson who helped me choose the right frames for my face contour. She helped me pick a pair that can be polarized as I need them for my eyes. Will return again!
I walked in not expecting to find anything I liked, I was originally just going to replace the lens’ in my current glasses, but I walked into warby Parker and the first pair of frames I tried, I ended up loving! The team there is incredibly kind, and very open to helping with any questions you may have, as well as providing you with different options as far as lens’. It was quick, easy, and AFFORDABLE!! I would have spent twice as much at other retailers than I ended up paying at warby! I definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of new frames!!
