Jason Koski Technician for United Water Restoration Group called us while the plumber was still in our condo, a 10 minutes turnaround time from the initial request . He was very prompt in arriving at our home and diagnosed our situation. After discussing a plan needed to dry the wall area, Heavy drying + Hepa filter equipment was installed. Jason explained that we need to deal with the wet drywall before next steps could be taken. Jason was polite + knowledgeable in getting the process started. We would recommend Jason + United Water Restoration.
