Last month Loren and Ryan installed LVP in every room of our house except bathrooms. They deserve more than 5 stars!!! The finished job was beyond our expectations!!! Loren installed a wood floor in our previous home and we would never think of having anyone else do the job. From start to finish a wonderful experience. We love our new floors!! We just used Ultimate Design Center for the forth time. Each time, the install has been perfection. We have had two engineered wood floors installed and two vinyl wood floors installed over the years. This is the only flooring company in Sarasota that we will use.

We hired Ultimate Design to replace the floors in our condo. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done. when we first visited the store we received expert help from Jae in making our selection. This was followed by an efficient and prompt estimate that was very competitive with the other estimates that we received elsewhere. We used luxury vinyl in the living room and one bedroom, tile in the bathrooms and wall to wall carpet in the main bedroom. Ultimate carefully staged the removal of the current flooring, including carpeting, tile, and marble. They coordinated with our condo to ensure that they were following all the rules.
