As a business owner, I find that staffing is the hardest part of business. Finding people that will represent your company as if it is their company, is near impossible. However, if you find someone who can achieve that, hold on to them. Jimmy Brundage is that guy for Truly and I truly mean that. I thought he just treated us like family and gave us extra special care ( and he does ) but we clearly aren't exclusive to that. I read some of these reviews and it seems that he is that way with all his customers.
