I contacted Tile and Stone about getting a granite top and backsplash for our outdoor kitchen. Starting with the sales process Robert was very available and helpful in showing us samples and helping to select the options ( edging, backsplash design etc). The process moved smoothly to the person who came to measure and then the installation was scheduled quickly. The installers did a professional and thorough job with the installation. Overall, it was a very smooth process with great results.

We remodeled our entire kitchen with countertops from Tile and Stone of Italy and the sink that they installed became stained within two months of install (defective). My wife and I don’t live in Florida full-time and so we spent five months in Indiana trying to get the situation rectified through email and over the phone. The sink had only been used five or six times, and had only been cleaned with water and dish soap, before we left Florida for Indiana. No one bothered to come physically look at the sink and we were told it had to be something WE Had done to the sink and so they refused to replace the sink under warranty or do anything else for us. This is a fantastic business. We’ve owned 3 granite companies up north and they lived up to our expectations. They were EXTREMELY easy to work with, great communication, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They will get all of our return business in the future. Thank you!!!
