Tile & Stone of Italy

We remodeled our entire kitchen with countertops from Tile and Stone of Italy and the sink that they installed became stained within two months of install (defective). My wife and I don’t live in Florida full-time and so we spent five months in Indiana trying to get the situation rectified through email and over the phone. The sink had only been used five or six times, and had only been cleaned with water and dish soap, before we left Florida for Indiana. No one bothered to come physically look at the sink and we were told it had to be something WE Had done to the sink and so they refused to replace the sink under warranty or do anything else for us. I have included pictures, but some of the stains are hard to see, It is like a very faint rust stain under the finish. One would think if you spend over $10,000 with this company buying countertops that they would warranty a $300 sink that you bought with it… Buyer beware. I could not find how to give them a rating… But mine would be one out of five. Use somebody that values the customer.

We just had beautiful marble installed in our kitchen and 'Tile & Stone of Italy' did completed it flawlessly! This is the 4th time we have used them in the last 5 years and they always do a wonderful job.
