We hired Brice to help clean up our badly abused tile and terrazzo floors after we pulled up the carpet in our rental property. He is so incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. We knew right away we had found the right guy! Our floors came out even better than expected thanks to his knowledge and expertise. And he’s just a nice guy to work with all around!

Brice is a fantastic guy to work with. He went above and beyond restoring my 60 plus year old, grossly neglected and somewhat abused terrazzo flooring. My floors shine like diamonds and are ready for the next 60 years. It took some time but it was no small task. Brice was diligent, meticulous and really is a perfectionist, you can't rush perfection! I expect it took a little longer than even Brice had anticipated but he genuinely seemed to want to give us the best possible job and it shows. It was great to meet Brice and have him scope out our marble lanai/pool deck situation. He was fair and honest and a pleasure to speak with. He left without our hiring him to do the work...for now anyway...but that was only because he was honest in his appraisal of the situation and what it would cost to do the work. He recommended we wait and call him at a future date should we want to proceed, which is what we are going to do. I so appreciate his honest and fair approach and will call upon Brice for future needs.
