My air conditioner went out at 4:30am on a Sunday morning. Jonathan answered when I called to schedule an appointment. Honestly, I couldn’t believe I didn’t get an answering machine. He was very polite and was at my house by 7:00am. He is very knowledgeable, checked my warranty (30 seconds), let me know exactly what he was doing and completed the job before my kids woke up. I’ve had my air conditioner worked on in the past… never on a Sunday. The service, quality and price was better than the others and guaranteed for a year. Read all the reviews for yourself. The Cooling Company stands by their work. Jonathon 's ability to diagnose a problem is impressive. He and his employees Jason and Brian repaired, reprogrammed and tested our HVAC system. They stayed until the job was done right. Melissa was so pleasant when she scheduled our service calls. Our system works perfectly now.
