Joel is the ultimate in concierge services! He is trustworthy, efficient and made it so much easier for us to own a vacation home in Florida but have our primary residence in Canada. We never had to worry about the house because we knew Joel was looking after any issue that may arise, whether it was following up on damage after a hurricane, making arrangements for pool repair or arranging a new lawn service, you knew Joel would take care of it. Joel has taken care of our Sarasota home when we are in Canada for the summers. He is thoroughly professional, efficient, nice, and completely trustworthy. When a hurricane hit while we were gone, he got all of our shutters put up and taken down right on schedule, despite huge demand for these services at that time. He also picked up our mail and sent photos to us in Canada. If something was urgent, I also trusted him to open the mail and take care of it. He is absolutely the best! I recommend him without qualification.

I inherited a condo in Sarasota, and finally got it sold about 8 months later. Living up north, I have never laid eyes on the place even once, yet I was perfectly comfortable the entire time because Joel was watching it. I regularly got thorough reports on the state of the unit, complete with pictures, and he took care of many other issues that I could not attend to from afar.
