SRQ Cured is a wholesale production company specializing in Charcuterie items and Smoked Fish products, lead by reviewed 4-Star Chef Frank Imbarlina. We proudly sell to a number of food service establishments and markets on the Gulf Coast including Sarasota's own Morton's Gourmet Market and Tamiami Tap.
